Happy New Year

We hope you had a great Christmas and New Year and enjoyed a good break.  We are back in action and already the amount of new leads are about to heat up.  Usually the first few weeks off January start of fairly slowly only to pick up once everyone gets back to their normal everyday routines.  It’s then that we see a lot of new enquirers who want a ‘change’ a new business with a new way of life can be the key ingredient for that.

So far the numbers for January have been a little lower than we would have liked, however we are expecting this to increase dramatically over the coming days especially after the Australia Day long weekend.  We do not expect the total of new enquiries to reach the numbers of January 2017 as then we had a significant more businesses for sale during that time.  Due to the fact we sold a lot of businesses sold in the later part of 2017 we are a little short on stock.
