The Rush is On

As indicated in our last report we are currently in our end of year rush which is evident in the graph.  We still have a few more days for November (graph as of the 29th of November) so naturally we believe that Novembers final numbers will be slightly higher, but not quite at the levels we experienced in August this year.  The back half of 2017 has been a little disappointing in terms of total new enquiry numbers, but ironically has been one of our better performers in number of businesses sold.  Highlighting that its not always about the total volume of enquiries, rather the quality of those enquiries.   None the less the end of year rush is on and we do expect this to continue until about the second week of December, in which from then on, the pace quietens down over the holiday period before starting back with a bang from the second week of January.
