STEADY FEBRUARY KEEPS MARCHING

In our last report we indicated that February appeared to be ‘steadying’ the ship after an explosive start to 2017.  Whilst the graph below indicates that the final numbers are presently lower than January please keep in mind these numbers were taken from COB on the 23rd, therefore we still have a few more days left for February to record.  As a result, it is likely that the total number for February will at least be close to, if not match the high volumes we received in January.  It is also very encouraging to see the positive growth that we are seeing by comparing the same month form the previous year.

We’ve noticed a slight dip in consumer confidence form the Roy Morgan Poll in the past week, it will be interesting to see if that has a negative affect on the level of enquiries for the later part of this month and early March
