State of the Business Sales Market 1st to 15th December 2012

This will be my last official blog on this site for 2012, in what has been a very challenging year.  Our office will close on the 20th and re-open on the 14th of January.

2012 has definitely been a challenging year in respect to business sales, but as I’ve been pressing numerous times in this bog, I believe a change is just around the corner.  The result of the number of enquiries this month has me sold on the notion the 2013 will be a much better in in business sales.  Up until now I had a feeling we have been busy for the month of December, until I saw the stats I did not appreciate just how busy we have been.   Not only has been the busiest December we have had on record, it the level of enquiries is up on the same time for October and November.  Thus I am confident we’ll see far more business sales transactions in 2013.

I also believe that this increase in activity is a result of our recent email and social media campaign which has been successful in driving people back to our website, and having a look around at other business opportunities.  Naturally we’ll continue this campaign in the new year.

The whispers from economist of another rate cut early 2013 will most likely further enhance the business sales market.
