SETTLING TIMES

The past few weeks have been settling times as everyone gets back towards the usual swing of business post the election and end of financial year.  Whilst we were hoping for higher volumes for July, we expect that after the weekend the total numbers for July will be very similar, if not the same, for June.

Past statistics suggest that we will experience higher volumes of enquiries from August onwards, and we expect no different this year.  With this in mind and no other known major external pressures on the business sales in the immediate future, we expect a good run of business sales between now and the end of year holiday period.
