CAN WE HELP?

Last Gasp for 2017

We were very pleased to see an upswing in new enquiries for the start of December.  As of the 14th of December the number of new enquries had exceeded half the total of the new enquiries for November, this is really encouraging as we look forward to 2018. Looking forward we do expect that enquiries will drop off from this week and remain low until approximately the second week of January. ... more

The Rush is On

As indicated in our last report we are currently in our end of year rush which is evident in the graph.  We still have a few more days for November (graph as of the 29th of November) so naturally we believe that Novembers final numbers will be slightly higher, but not quite at the levels we experienced in August this year.  The back half of 2017 has been a little disappointing in terms of... more

November Rush

We are really starting to get to the pointy end of 2017 and with only a few weeks left before the holiday season we are starting to see the the results of an end of season rush.  The first week of November was slow due to the Melbourne Cup but as you will note from the graph below if has picked up quickly.  As of the 16th of November (when this graph was taken), total number of new enquiries... more

October Fought Back

From the graph below you will see that the total of new enquiries for October fell just short of the total number of new enquires for September.  Whilst it is disappointing that we didn't see any growth, it is pleasing that numbers picked up after a very slow start to the month.  November usually has a  slow start due to the Melbourne Cup long weekend and picks up quickly as people try to get... more

Fighting Back from School holidays

The graph below does not look too pleasing for this month however the total number of enquiries for October is still lagging from the slow start we had due to the school holidays.  The current trend for October is on the upward climb, therefore we do expect October to finish with similar numbers to that of September.  Moving forward November usually starts shaky due to the Melbourne Cup weekend... more

School Holiday Killer

Whilst we are all enjoying the warmer weather and the longer days we have experience recently, it appears that new prospective buyers have been outside enjoying the weather school holiday period too.  You can see from the graph (broken up week by week) that September was tracking well until the last week, followed by a slow start to October.  We weren't expecting September to exceed the... more

September Builds

September results thus far have been good, but not as strong as we would have liked.  Whilst it is a very good improvement on the volume of enquiries received leading up to August, we had hoped that the number of new enquiries for September would be higher. It is important to note, that the graph below only refers to 'new' prospects, ie they have not made contact with our company before. ... more
