As you will see in the graph below, my previous prediction that the enquiry rate would increase later in November has come true. I believe it is a result of two main factors.

It is with disappointment than we must report that the enquiry level has slowed in the past fortnight since our last report. However on a positive note, September is still up compared to the previous three months. We predict and hope for a positive month by month trend to continue until the Holiday period.

The picture on the graph below paints the picture of the explosion in the number of enquiries we have experienced in the last fortnight. Whilst some of this increase in enquiries can be contributed to some new business listings, our ‘Activity’ graph confirms that it is due to a general increase in enquiries.
